Greetings from headquarters at the Rietta Lampshade Store.  Another tax season has arrived and soon the tax statements will be in your mail. We are committed to making the tax preparation process as efficient, economical, and painless as possible and any suggestions for improvement will be greatly appreciated.

I have tried to keep all my costs down this year to maintain the same price I have also cut down on the size and weight of the folder hoping to drastically cut down mailing costs. This year I will ask you for an email address so I can email you a copy of your return for review and approval before e-filing. If practical I will e-mail you the tax return and documentation to keep the mailing costs down 

E-filing is basically mandatory this year.  To those who have not yet experienced it, there are benefits to it.  It is quick and efficient especially when you have a need for a refund quickly.  By providing bank information, your return can be processed and your refund deposited within a week to ten days.  There is no extra charge for this service.  If you e-filed last year, be sure to check the bank information to assure correct deposit information since we assume the account is the same as last year.

Our office hours for the tax season will be 9am to 6Pm Monday thru Friday, and 10am to 5PM on Saturday.  We are closed on Sundays.  For those who are comfortable with the regular mails and email, send your information in and we will advise you it has arrived..
